Monserrate

The icon of Bogotá. At 3,152 meters above sea level, it offers a 360° view of the city. You can reach it by walking the pedestrian trail, by funicular, or by cable car. Open every day, from 6:30 am to 11:30 pm.

Mirador de La Calera

On the road to La Calera, this viewpoint is famous for its restaurants and nighttime views of Bogotá. Recommended to visit at sunset. Admission is free.

Mirador de Guadalupe

Less known than Monserrate but equally impressive. You can reach it by walking from the Egipto neighborhood or by car via the road to Choachí. Access costs $5,000 COP (April 2026).

Torre Colpatria

Right in the center of Bogotá, this 50-story building has a viewpoint on the top floor. Open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Admission: $10,000 COP.

Biblioteca Virgilio Barco

The top floor of this library offers a privileged view of Parque Simón Bolívar and the eastern hills. Free and open from Monday to Sunday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
